In one of Tennessee Williams’ most famous short plays, a 13 year old girl, Willie, lives in an abandoned house in the 1930’s after her parents leave and her sister dies. As she plays on the train tracks near the house, she meets Tom, a 16 year old boy. The two characters trudge along the tracks and tell their stories.
